Pair 1: BUY
Pair 2: BUY
Pair 3: SELL
On Pair 1/2 we need the LOWEST price. On Pair 3 we need the HIGHEST price.
We are using the top 10 prices from the order book.
0 is the lowest value, 9 is the highest vlaue.
